Kurt Nimmo, Infowars.com, reported on January 18, 2012 that NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly told CBS in New York his department is looking to deploy Terahertz Imaging Detection scanners on the street in the war on “illegal guns.” That should read “guns” because these people think all guns should be considered illegal.
These scanners are going to be used to replace the stop-and-frisks by police with the frisk-without-stopping and frisk-without-probable cause. The so called stop-and-frisks are considered a violation of the Fourth Amendment. My question, “frisk-without-stop or without-probable cause” do NOT violate the Fourth Amendment?”
Give me a break. How stupid does Mayor Bloomberg think the citizens of NYC are? He is quoted as saying that citizens “acting outside of any governmental military effort” should not be allowed to protect themselves with firearms. What happened to the Second Amendment?
The NYPD and Department of Defense (hello Obama) are working together testing Terahertz Imaging Detection as a new way to get concealed illegal weapons off the streets,” CBS reports. Terahertz Imaging Detection measures energy radiating from the body up to 16 feet away and can detect anything blocking it. How long will it take criminals to recognize and avoid these detectors?

I’m trying desperately to come to grips with what Mayor Bloomberg and Obama (via DoD) are trying to do. Catch people with illegal guns that might be used in a crime where someone gets hurt, and by doing so destroy the DNA of innocent New York citizens.
